2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, navigating, or using the website www.amatours.ro, as well as by placing a booking through our online platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please do not use our website or services.

3. Description of Services

AmaTours offers private passenger transport services throughout Romania, including, but not limited to:

  • Private transfers to/from international airports in Bucharest (OTP – Henri Coandă, BBU – Băneasa) and Constanța (CND – Mihail Kogălniceanu)
  • Private intercity (city-to-city) and urban transport with dedicated driver
  • Port and cruise transfers (Constanța, Danube ports)
  • Personalized private tourism circuits in Romania
  • Corporate, protocol, and event transport
  • Dedicated crew change transport

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1. Booking Process

Bookings can be made through the online form available on the website, by email, or by phone. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation (email) from the operator.

4.2. Prices and Tariffs

Prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros (EUR), include VAT (where applicable), and represent the final price per trip, with no hidden costs or additional mileage fees. The Operator reserves the right to change tariffs without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of booking remains firm.

4.3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online bank card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) – secure processing
  • Bank transfer in advance
  • Cash directly to the driver at the end of the trip
  • Card at pickup (portable POS available upon request)

All payments are confirmed by issuing a tax invoice.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

The customer can cancel or modify a booking according to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time: free, with no penalty
  • Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before: a fee of 50% of the trip value may apply
  • Cancellation less than 12 hours before or no-show: the full trip value may be retained

Modifications (time, location, vehicle) are accepted free of charge with at least 12 hours’ notice, subject to availability. The Operator reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, with immediate notification to the customer and full refund of amounts paid.

6. Operator Obligations

AmaTours undertakes to:

  • Provide Mercedes-Benz vehicles no more than 3 years old, in perfect technical condition and sanitized after each trip
  • Ensure professional, certified, discreet drivers who speak English
  • Monitor flights in real time to adjust pickup time
  • Provide 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport after confirmed landing
  • Offer 24/7 telephone support for any request

7. Customer Obligations

The customer undertakes to:

  • Provide correct and complete information at the time of booking (number of passengers, luggage, flight details, exact address)
  • Announce any changes to travel plans as soon as possible
  • Not consume food, alcoholic beverages, or prohibited substances in the vehicle
  • Respect the vehicle and equipment; any intentional damage will be charged
  • Be present at the agreed time and location; delays exceeding the included waiting time may generate additional costs

8. Liability and Limitation of Liability

AmaTours is liable for damage caused by its proven negligence. The Operator cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by unforeseen traffic, weather conditions, accidents on route, or other force majeure causes
  • Loss or damage to items left in the vehicle
  • Flight delays or changes to airport operating schedules
  • Indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequences of non-compliance with travel schedule due to causes beyond the operator’s control

The Operator’s maximum liability for any incident is limited to the value of the reserved trip.

9. Intellectual Property

The entire content of the website www.amatours.ro – texts, images, logos, graphics, page structure – is the exclusive property of ALMACRIS INVEST S.R.L. or its authorized partners and is protected by Romanian and international copyright legislation. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent from the operator is prohibited.

10. Protection of Personal Data

By using the website, we collect and process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Complete details regarding the type of data collected, the purpose of processing, your rights, and how to exercise them are available in our Privacy Policy, accessible on the website.

11. Cookies

12. Modification of Terms
