What happens next?

  • Email confirmation: In a few moments, you will receive an automatic email containing a summary of your booking and payment confirmation. Please also check your Spam or Promotions folder.
  • Resource allocation: Our team will take over your request and assign the selected vehicle (Mercedes S Class, E Class, Vito or Sprinter) and driver for your chosen route.
  • Driver contact details: Approximately 12-24 hours before the scheduled service start time, we will send you the driver’s name and the vehicle’s license plate number via SMS or WhatsApp.
  • Pickup: The driver will contact you directly upon arrival at the pickup address to ensure a quick and stress-free meeting.
